Rote Ndao,Sulutnews.com – Investigators from the Rote Ndao Police finally carried out the second phase of the alleged crime of ITE violation to the Rote Ndao District Attorney’s Office, Monday (November 3).

And this second phase was carried out by handing over the suspect EFM, along with evidence for further legal proceedings.
That after being received by the Prosecutor, the suspect EFM was immediately escorted to the Class III Ba’a Penitentiary (Lapas).
“It’s official. The initial detention period is 40 days,” explained the Head of Class III Ba’a Prison, Hariyadi N. Maikameng, to the media crew.
